My daughter and I are sitting in a Montana's restaurant in St Albert, just north of Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Montana's cover their tables with brown paper that you can draw on rather than the traditional table cloths. It's October 2022 and I'm sharing my dream of starting my own business with my eldest child. She is an exceptional artist and as I describe the image I have in my head, she draws on the table paper...

And so the beginnings of my logo develop.
